With effect from October 1, 2020, Michael Friege strengthens the Waldorf Technik team as Head of Customer Service & Support.
Michael Friege looks back on more than 15 years of experience in setting up and expanding worldwide service structures in special machine construction. Friege gained extensive experience in semiconductor technology and mixing technology in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry.
With the management of Customer Service & Support, Michael Friege takes over a key function in the area of customer care during the entire life cycle of Waldorf Technik equipment. With his passion and his commitment to customer orientation, he will ensure and further expand the success and support of the customers in the after-sales area.
