As of July 1, 2022 Andreas Hesse strenghtens the Waldorf Technik team as the new operations manager and Mario Marisescu joined Waldorf Technik in his role as head of project management.
Andreas Hesse can look back on 14 years of management experience in the areas of production and materials management. In his new role at the special machine manufacturer Waldorf Technik, Andreas also benefits from his extensive and long-term experience in product and project management. His role of managing the areas of assembly and logistics through to internal acceptance and handover of the automation systems to the customer, is a key position at Waldorf Technik. His area of responsibility includes, among other things, the coordination of the timely production and assembly of the systems in compliance with the quality guidelines as well as the continuous optimization of internal processes.
With Mario Marisescu, Waldorf Technik was also able to gain a highly qualified addition to the team. Originally from Romania, and holding an engineering degree, Mario has over 15 years of experience in project management, having worked on multiple strategic global projects over his career. In his new position at Waldorf Technik, Mario is responsible for strategic and organizational leadership with a focus on the development of project management. Of course, his responsibility also includes the successful completion of customer projects together with the project management team.
The management of Waldorf Technik - consisting of Thomas Marufke and Gregor Kessler - is extremely pleased that they were able to bring these two talents on board. "I am very pleased that we were able to win both Andreas Hesse as the new operations manager and Mario Marisescu as head of project management. With their comprehensive competence profiles and their years of experience, both are a perfect match for us.” says Thomas Marufke, managing director of Waldorf Technik.
